Sr Mary Clare Mason canonical Bursar for The Daughters of Jesus
Born 18th October 1944 and educated by the Daughters of Jesus at High Wycombe, entering their Noviciate in 1963 at Massingham in Norfolk, thus making Profession in 1966. This was followed by teacher training with spells in Catholic Schools as well as local authority schools and leadership roles within The Scout Movement. On going formation was spent at The Franciscan Study Centre, Institute of St Anselm and a year in the USA at Gonzaga, Spokane. After serving 6 years in Paris on The General Council she returned to England working as a Chaplain in the Prison service and during this period trained as a Bereavement Councillor. Following on from the Prison service worked in a voluntary capacity for Peterborough City Council as a Faith Link with the Cohesion department.
Hobbies include, reading, geology and listening to Classical Music
